1983 mongoose frame bmx - (Killeen in Killeen, TX

I have an old 1983 mongoose bmx frame, it's chrome. There is some rust, a little pitting near the rear dropout. On a 10 scale I'd give it a 4 or 5. I am asking $75 OBO.
